Marcus Rice is the founder of Equity First Realty. He attended Virginia State University and Virginia Union University. Before his real estate career, over twenty years ago, he was a network engineer for top firms in the government and private sector. Marcus was raised in Washington, DC and has served on the Richmond Association of Realtors’ Ethics Committee. Tonya Rice is the Office Manager of Equity First Realty. She has her B.A from Hollins University and her M.F.A. from National University. Tonya has been a realtor for over twenty years. Prior to that, she was a manager with a major retail establishment and paralegal for a law firm. She is a native of Richmond, Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, reading some good fiction, and writing her own.
